Bullion van driver absconds with 60.2 million naira in Rivers state

Rivers State Police Recover 60,250,000 Naira Stolen By Bullion Van Driver


DC Uche Anozia,  the Deputy Commissioner of Police in the state the money was meant to be delivered to a new generation bank in Port Harcourt when the driver of the bullion van absconded after the first point of delivery.


DC Anozia told journalists that useful information was gotten on commencement of investigation. The bags of money were located in a parked vehicle in a super market in GRA area of the city.

The driver of the vehicle and the bullion van are still on the run . However the police said they are still digging via investigation to arrest him.
